Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged. Returns for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind are not eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
If your item arrived damaged, please send us an email at mitkobadjakov7@gmail.com with the following:
- A photo of the damaged item clearly showing the damage
- A written claim stating that the item arrived damaged
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Details
If your return is approved under our policy, you will receive a full refund and will not be charged for return shipping.
